Replacement Policy

A quick note from us

Did you download the wrong screen size by mistake? Breathe. We’ve got you. Our goal is a smooth, stress‑free experience, so if you accidentally picked a journal, planner, or diary that doesn’t match your device, we’ll replace it with the correct file — fast. No lectures, no hassle.


Where this policy applies

This Replacement Policy covers eligible digital purchases made on our website (https://lifesideproject.com) and on our Etsy shop.


When you’re eligible for a replacement

You can request a free replacement only for the following situation:

  • You purchased and downloaded a Lifeside Project digital journal, planner, or diary in the wrong screen size for your device (e.g., downloaded iPad Pro 12.9″ size but you use iPad Air 10.9″).

Note: This policy replaces files with the correct size/format of the exact product you purchased. It doesn’t cover design swaps, edition changes, or upgrades to different products.


How to request a replacement (simple & fast)

Please email us at care@lifesideproject.com with:

  1. Your order proof
    • Website: your order/invoice number or a copy/screenshot of your order confirmation email.
    • Etsy: your Etsy order number or a copy/screenshot of Etsy’s purchase email.
  2. Your device details
    Company/Brand (e.g., Apple, Samsung)
    Model (e.g., iPad Air 5th Gen, iPad Pro 11-inch, Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra)
    Screen size or native resolution if you know it (e.g., 10.9″, 1640 × 2360 px)
  3. The product name you purchased and the size you need.

Our timeline

We’re a small team, but we move quickly. Please allow us up to 24 hours (Mon–Sat, Indian Standard Time) to validate your request and prepare your file. Most replacements go out much sooner, even on weekends.


How you’ll receive the new file

Once approved, we’ll email you a secure download link to the corrected file. The link will remain active for 7 days. If it expires before you download, reply to the same email, and we’ll reissue the link.


Important notes & limits

  • One replacement per order line item is provided at no charge for the wrong‑size scenario.
  • Replacements provide the same product you purchased in the correct size. Changes to colorways, fonts, editions, or bundles are not included.
  • This policy does not convert a purchase into store credit or a refund. (See our Refund & Return Policy for details.)
  • Abuse or repeated requests across multiple unrelated products may be declined at our discretion.
