Grievance Redressal Mechanism
At Lifeside Project, we are duty bound to provide fair treatment to our consumers and ensure that their grievances are addressed in a transparent, timely, and effective manner. We believe that a robust grievance redressal system builds trust and enhances user experience.
What Does “Grievance” Mean?
A Grievance means any issue related to the product or service which has been availed by the consumer from the Lifeside Project Platform as well as through Etsy, for which the consumer seeks resolution.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Download issues (wrong size, corrupted file, etc.)
- Accessibility concerns (compatibility with apps/devices)
- Service-related issues (delays in replacement, queries not addressed)

Grievance Journey
- Click on ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Help Centre’ tab on our website.
- This will open the Lifeside Project Help Center.
- Choose from the listed Types of Issues / Help Topics.
- Submit your query or complaint.
Note: As of now, we do not have 24×7 Customer Care Support, but we are actively working towards it.
Our Grievance Redressal Process
- Upon receipt of a consumer grievance through the above channels:
- The consumer will receive an acknowledgment of their grievance within 48 hours through email.
- A system-generated Unique ID will be provided to track the grievance status.
- We will make every effort to resolve the grievance as quickly as possible, within timelines prescribed under applicable laws.
When Is a Grievance Considered Closed?
A grievance will be considered closed and disposed of in any of the following situations:
- When the consumer has been communicated by Consumer Care or any other representative of Lifeside Project, and an acceptable solution has been offered.
- When the consumer does not respond further within a reasonable period after receiving a resolution.
